Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Free Cancellation

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund of their reservation deposit.

Reservation Deposit

After the initial 24-hour period, the reservation deposit becomes non-refundable. The deposit secures your place, initiates supplier reservations, and covers planning and coordination services.

Final Balance

The remaining balance must be paid by the payment deadline specified by Visterra Runs. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the reservation deposit.

Supplier Services

Certain package components?including hotel accommodations, transportation, excursions, and other third-party services?are subject to the cancellation policies of their respective providers.

Changes

Requests for name changes, package modifications, or travel date changes will be accommodated whenever possible and may be subject to supplier availability and applicable fees.

Event Changes

If the event organizer changes the race schedule or event date, Visterra Runs will work with all suppliers to provide the best available solution. Any refunds or credits will depend on each supplier's policies.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment against unforeseen events.
